Klutch Sports opens baseball division with Marcus Stroman, Alex Bregman

Klutch Sports is expanding its business into the realm of Major League Baseball.

Although sports are on a worldwide pause as far as games are concerned, that doesn’t mean that the world of sports is stopping. While the NBA has a moratorium on moves, there is a whole world of sports that is still working from home during the quarantine. One of the entities making big moves, or at least announcing them during social distancing, was Klutch Sports.

Just prior to last weekend, Klutch Sports announced through various channels that they had agreed with baseball agent Brodie Scofield to join the Klutch family as its lead baseball agent. Among Scofield’s clients, he’s bringing over New York Mets pitcher Marcus Stroman and Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman.

Earlier this year, Klutch opened up a football division, which includes likely top pick Chase Young from Ohio State. Now they are getting into baseball. Although baseball and all other sports including football are a long way from starting again, whenever they do, Klutch looks to be even stronger.
