Kirk Cousins ruled out with ankle injury

Things don’t look good for QB1 as the Cousins was ruled out quickly and carted off the field

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins has been ruled out for the rest of the game with an ankle injury.

The Vikings were driving up 24-10 on the Green Bay Packers before Cousins got sacked on back-to-back plays by Preston Smith and Kenny Clark. When he planted his foot in the ground, he lifted his leg and couldn’t put any weight on it.

Shortly after, Cousins was brought into the blue medical tent and then carted to the locker room.

With Cousins ruled out for the rest of the game, rookie fifth-round pick Jaren Hall will play the rest of the game. This is a brutal break for the Vikings as they were in full control of the game.
