Bears edge rusher Khalil Mack’s first attempt at revenge against the team that traded him didn’t go as plan. Back in 2019, the Raiders contained Mack, holding him to a 1 QB hit and no sacks.
In Mack’s second game against his former team, he finally got some revenge with a sack on his former teammate and friend, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. It was Mack’s fifth sack of the season, surpassing teammate Robert Quinn (4.5) for the team lead.
The Bears defense did a good job against a high-powered Raiders offense in the first half, holding them to just 3 points. They’ll need to continue to bring pressure on Carr to give themselves a chance to pull off the upset.

Well, his final revenge would be a victory over his former team. But that’s still to be determined, even as the Bears lead 14-3 in the third quarter.
