Kevin Durant graces cover of December edition of Forbes magazine

Six years after he was first featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Brooklyn Nets All-NBA forward Kevin Durant is on the December’s cover.

Brooklyn Nets All-NBA forward Kevin Durant may not be playing games for a while, but that’s not keeping him off magazine covers.

Durant, who was a member of Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list in 2013, graces this month’s cover as part of a special issue.

His face will be on one of five covers used in the December edition of the magazine, sharing the honor with rapper 21 Savage, Guild Education founder Rachel Carlson, electronic musicians The Chainsmokers, and technology pioneer Melanie Perkins.

The annual 30 Under 30 feature covers 20 industries ranging from enterprise technology and finance to music, games and sports for a total of 600 of the world’s most interesting, unique, or otherwise remarkable individuals still in their first three decades of life.

Published since 2010, the alumni group now has over 5,000 members worldwide, including Durant, who graces their pages as often as for his business ventures as his basketball.

While the casual fan may prefer to read about his on-court doings, but there’s been no change in Durant’s status.
