Former Aggie Kenyon Green was selected with the 15th overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft by his hometown Houston Texans.
The mauling offensive lineman from Humble Atascocita high school was a tone-setter for the Aggies, and the Texans will be counting on him to do the same for them.
Green’s contract is a four year agreement worth $15.9 million fully guaranteed, with a team option for a fifth year, and the young man is excited for his NFL opportunity.
“… just thanking God for this opportunity being here, being able to stay home and play for my city. So, I’m going to give it everything I’ve got. I’m going to be the best player, best person you can ever meet, talk to.” Green told houstontexans.com.
