Carter is a big catch for Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats. To win his services, they had to beat out some top programs, which is generally tough to do. He has the skillset to compete for playing time in a variety of ways, and has the talent to be very good. Chalk up a huge win for Kentucky football.
