The 2025 Kentucky football recruiting class is already a very good one. They have landed five recruits with a four-star ranking already, and are looking to add another, this time tight end Mikkel Skinner.
Skinner is a 6’3″, 220 lb tight end out of South Carolina. Both On3 and 247sports have him rated four stars, and both have him as a top 250 recruit. He would be a terrific addition to the Wildcats at a position of need.

Kentucky offered Skinner in July, but he had committed to Cincinnati the previous month. Now, however, On3 has made a prediction that the 2025 tight end will flip his commitment, and join the Wildcats instead.
This would be big news for Kentucky, who has targeted several tight ends, only to miss out on each of them. To not only add one, but one of the best in the class, would definitely be a win.
Nothing is official yet, but this is a situation fans should pay attention to for now.
