Kentucky football could have a chance to keep wide receiver Hardley Gilmore.

It has been a rocky year for Kentucky football. They had a disappointing performance on the field and finished 4 – 8. Then, a large number of players left the program, choosing to enter the transfer portal. One surprising transfer announcement was from receiver Hardley Gilmore.

Starters Dane Key and Barion Brown announced their intention to transfer early after the portal opened. Then, on the last day the window was open, Gilmore shocked fans by entering as well. Now, however, it seems as if the Wildcats could keep him.
