Kentucky basketball hasn’t been the favorite to land 2025 recruit Caleb Wilson, but they haven’t given up and it has paid off. Wilson has narrowed his list down to 12 schools, and the Wildcats are on it.
Wilson is a 6’9″, 205 lb power forward out of Atlanta, Georgia. He is a five-stare recruit, and ranked as the number six overall player in the class by 247sports. They have him as the third ranked power forward and the top player from the state of Georgia.

An official visit has also been scheduled for Wilson. He’ll come to Lexington on September 13th per On3’s Joe Tipton (subscription required). Coach Mark Pope will use that visit to emphasize how well Wilson would fit his system.
Wilson’s final 12 includes former Wildcats coach John Calipari and Arkansas as well as the usual teams like Duke and North Carolina. Big Blue Nation will be keeping a close eye on this one.
