Kendrick Perkins isn’t fearing the deer after Bucks blow out Boston Celtics

For Perk, the Bucks’ lingering defensive concerns are still very far from having been solved, even if they caught Boston on a bad night.

If the debacle that was the Milwaukee Bucks blowing out the Boston Celtics last Thursday night as Boston came in on the second half of a back-to-back overtime win vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves, it certainly is not former Celtics center Kendrick Perkins.

The current-day ESPN broadcaster weighed in on how much (or, in truth, how little) that shellacking of the Celtics by the Bucks has changed his views on the order of the league’s Eastern Conference so far this season. Speaking postgame on a recent episode of ESPN’s “First Take” show, Big Perk let it be known that he does not fear the deer after the Milwaukee win, and went even further to suggest that the Bucks’ lingering defensive concerns are still very far from having been solved, even if they caught Boston on a bad night.

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what Perk had to say about the two teams for yourself.
