Ken Walker leads the NFL in broken and missed tackles on runs

The Seattle Seahawks’ youth revolution, which started last year, continues to shine. Among them is second year running back Kenneth Walker III, who continues to prove he is among the best backs in the league.

This isn’t mere Seahawks-centric biased, numbers back it up. For this year, Walker actually leads the entire NFL when it comes to broken and missed tackles. It’s a quality list of talented running backs (and one special quarterback) Walker tops.

So far on the season, Walker is 9th in the NFL with 283 rushing yards. However, Walker is in a three-way tie (along with David Montgomery of Detroit and Kyren Williams from the Rams) for second most rushing touchdowns in the league.

With Seattle on a bye, we won’t get to see Walker continue to dominate defenses this Sunday. But when the Seahawks are back in action, there’s no doubt he will pick right back up where he left off.
