A highly rated EDGE rusher from south Alabama has decided that he will play college football elsewhere.
[autotag]Keldric Faulk[/autotag], a four-star defensive end from Highland Home announced Tuesday that he has committed to Florida State over Florida, Clemson, and in-state school Auburn.
Auburn offered the 2023 product last April, and has hosted Faulk on a handful of unofficial visits over the last year. While taking his official visit last month, Faulk still had Auburn high on his list.
“Yeah I feel like they want me to sign pretty bad,” Faulk told Auburn Undercover. “I’m taking a real good look at it just to get the feel of it, see if it’s what I want to do. That’s why I came back.”
However, Clemson and Florida State began making a push to land Faulk, with Florida State grabbing his last official visit during the weekend of June 24.
Faulk is rated as the No. 10 prospect in the state of Alabama, and the No. 14 ranked EDGE rusher in the nation. Auburn currently has four commitments for the 2023 cycle, all are rated as four-stars.
