It only took one night of NBA action in the Disney World restart to produce a new meme.
In the Los Angeles Lakers’ 103-101 victory against the rival Clippers, LeBron James played incredible defense against Kawhi Leonard AND Paul George in the final possession to clinch the win and the statement about which LA team is best (for now) as the playoff team approaches.
It was in that sequence (we’ll get to it!) that a screengrab of Leonard’s reaction showed what fans read as frustration, and which I read as him just trying to find George with the game on the line.
Of course, it went viral.
Here’s the sequence:

I know King James is going to win the championship this year strictly based on how he stared down Kawhi Leonard in the final seconds of tonight’s game pic.twitter.com/SZvt0Udvhb
