The Philadelphia 76ers are obviously out of the playoffs, but it is clear there is one series they are all definitely watching right now and for different reasons. That series would be the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks in the semifinals in the Eastern Conference.
Big man Joel Embiid has been tweeting about former Sixers forward Jimmy Butler and the way he has been closing games out for Miami and former Heat guard Josh Richardson has a rooting interest for his close friend Bam Adebayo.
Late in overtime, Adebayo was called for a foul against Bucks big man Brook Lopez and it sparked some debate about whether it should have been an offensive foul on Lopez for kicking his leg out. After a challenge by Miami, the call was confirmed a foul on Adebayo and Lopez went to the line and knocked down two to stretch the Bucks lead to four.
Richardson was not amused by the call.
Brook with the super leg kick 😑

The free throws gave the Bucks some breathing room and they then weathered some clutch threes by Heat rookie Tyler Herro to go on to win 118-115 in overtime. The win allows Milwaukee to avoid the sweep and force a Game 5 on Tuesday inside the bubble in Orlando. [lawrence-related id=37458,37453,37449]
