Over the past few days, rumors have circulated about a major story that will have negative implications on the Washington NFL team.
And though that story — expected to be published by the Washington Post — hasn’t dropped as of Thursday afternoon, former Washington cornerback Josh Norman appeared to be hinting at something amid the rumors.
Just in the past week, Washington front office execs Richard Mann III, Alex Santos and radio play-by-play announcer Larry Michael have all resigned. Early Thursday morning, the now-Bills cornerback took to Twitter to say that he wouldn’t be answering questions. But he did add that “what goes around comes around.”
Look Don’t ask me NO QUESTIONS! 🦗..
(🙅🏽♂️69) but I will say this, what goes around comes around.. What’s done in the dark will surly come to the Light! God seems to always have away of reposition his people at the right time & reveal Truths without saying a single – word.— *Joshua R. Norman (@J_No24) July 16, 2020
The tweet was cryptic enough to leave out the subject, but given the context, many fans reasonably connected the tweet to the impending report.
Norman spent four seasons with Washington before joining the Bills on a one-year, $6 million deal.
