Jonnu Smith gave the Tennessee Titans an early lead on the road in Baltimore on Saturday night, hauling in a 12-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Tannehill with a eye-popping one-handed catch near the boundary. Smith elevated over some solid coverage by Baltimore’s Brandon Carr, bobbled the ball to himself and gained possession as he tried to keep his body in bounds.
The play was called a touchdown on the field, but was reviewed to determine whether Smith had possession of the ball before he slid out of bounds on the ground.

While the CBS commentary crew debated whether Smith’s butt touched the endzone in bounds, color commentator Dan Fouts delivered one of the strangest lines of the season.
