Monday afternoon, Pro Football Focus tweeted out a very impressive statistic from Jonathan Taylor last season as a precursor to an Indianapolis Colts season preview.
The Salem, N.J. native was often criticized last year for having his stats padded by a very talented offensive line, but according to PFF, Taylor rushed for an insane average of 4.2 yards after contact in 2019.

This statistic shows that Taylor was actually earning every yard he gained and that he was a much more physical runner than many gave him credit for in his time at Wisconsin. Many Badger fans have always seen Jonathan Taylor as a physical runner because of how Wisconsin used him in a power-based run offense, but it is nice to see that he is getting this recognition on a national level.
