Jonathan Kuminga posts perfect performance vs. Hawks, shooting 11-for-11 from field

Jonathan Kuminga joined a club with Christ Mullin on Wednesday night following a perfect shooting performance from the field against the Hawks.

Three Golden State Warriors produced 20 or more points on the team’s way to a commanding victory over the Atlanta Hawks. Steph Curry tallied 25 points and Klay Thompson notched 24 points against the Hawks, but it was Jonathan Kuminga who stole the show off the bench on Wednesday night,

The 21-year-old high-flying forward recorded 25 points to go along with nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals in 29 minutes off the bench against the Hawks. On his way to his second game this season with 25 or more points, Kuminga was perfect against the Hawks — perfect.

The G League Ignite product did not miss a shot against the Hawks on Wednesday, shooting 11-for-11 from the field with 25 points. Kuminga missed a pair of free throws, shooting 3-of-5 from the line against the Hawks.

Kuminga became the first member of the Warriors without a miss to go 11-for-11 from the field since NBA Hall of Famer Chris Mullin in 1990.
