The former light heavyweight champion was on Twitter on Saturday to react to [autotag]Francis Ngannou[/autotag]’s knockout win over Stipe Miocic in the UFC 260 main event.

Shortly after the heavyweight title fight, Jones already was presuming he’s next for Ngannou.

Jones, who’s considered by many to be the greatest fighter in MMA, vacated the 205-pound title to move up to heavyweight. The 33-year-old is on an 18-fight winning streak. Jones’ only defeat is a disqualification loss in 2009.

In his post-fight interview, Ngannou addressed Jones’ comments, saying he’s ready to throw down with Jones.

“In my opinion, Jon Jones is the greatest of all time in MMA,” Ngannou said. “And him moving up is going to be a good thing and it’s a challenge that I will take and put it on my record.

“It would be very good challenge for me very good thing on my resume, but this time he’s going to be the challenger. I am the champ. He’s coming up and looking for me. I’m ready anytime soon. I’ll be here to fight in July or August. I’m ready.”
