Russell Wilson is one of the highest-paid players in the NFL, earning $35 million per year on his current contract. He’s signed through 2023, too, and should remain the Seahawks’ quarterback for a long, long time.
Up to this point, Wilson has already earned a huge chunk of change after coming into the NFL as a third-round pick. His estimated career earnings, excluding endorsements and off-field income, is in the range of $109 million, according to Spotrac.
It’s enough money to allow Wilson to have his own custom field with his logo in the middle, which he showed off in a new workout video. Rams punter Johnny Hekker saw the video and noticed the receiver putting his hand up to shield the sun before every catch.

Hekker is one of the funniest Rams players on Twitter, and his tweet is all in good fun. But he does have a point. The poor receiver could barely see the ball coming at him, having to block out the sun and look through a soccer net.
Maybe Wilson will get his guy some of those fancy Bose audio sunglasses he endorses for Christmas.
