The fallout of the latest Cincinnati Bengals loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers continues over on social media.

There, Steelers players have had some fun with the 36-10 outcome from Week 10, with linebacker Bud Dupree posting an image on Instagram of a hit he put on Joe Burrow.

In the comments, Steelers corner Steven Nelson hopped in and said “that boy trash lmao,” adding the most fuel to the fire that eventually got noticed all over social media.

As ESPN’s Ben Baby went on to point out, it was Nelson who was the target on Burrow’s lone touchdown pass of the day, which makes this one a little awkward.

Dupree’s on a spree of stirring up drama over the last few days. A second shove that appeared to send Burrow crashing into a sideline bench and hurting his ankle got a response from Burrow himself, plus Bengals head coach Zac Taylor didn’t seem too happy about it.

To his credit, as Baby pointed out, Burrow described his second-half performance as “terrible,” so in a way, he’d probably agree with Nelson. He’ll also probably have an eye on him when these two meet again in Week 15.
