Joe Burrow is LSU, and LSU is Joe Burrow. Before this season started, saying something like that was inconceivable.
But after Burrow’s magical, Heisman-winning season in Baton Rogue, he’s become a symbol in the community and will forever be immortalized in the school’s college football lore.
If you needed proof, look no further than Burrow’s graduation. He officially became an alumnus of LSU today and walked across the stage. When he did, the crowd erupted. It sounded like a Drake concert in there. The LSU community was going nuts for the Heisman winning quarterback.

What’s happening with Burrow is something we rarely see in college football. Burrow was a relatively low profile graduate transfer quarterback coming into a good situation. Now, he’s an LSU legend.
The only thing that could make his magical season even better is a National Championship. He’ll have a shot at advancing to the Playoff final on December 28th against Oklahoma.
