Former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow is no stranger to taking risks to get a first down.
And, because of that, he’s suffered some rough hits making plays with his legs.
The Heisman Trophy winner was recently asked by a reporter what was the toughest hit he took during his time at LSU, between his debut season with the team and the one in which he guided the Tigers to an undefeated season complete with a national championship victory.
The response he delivered to the question was in typical Joe Burrow fashion, of course.
“I won’t give anybody that satisfaction,” he said.
When thinking about some of the nastiest hits Burrow has suffered, contests against teams like the UCF Kings and the Auburn Tigers almost immediately come to mind.
Here’s a look at a shot he took against UCF.
