Joan Secchia donates $10 million to Michigan State men’s and women’s tennis programs

Michigan State tennis is in the midst of an unbelievable tennis season, where they are currently 14-2. On Tuesday, the men’s and women’s tennis programs got a huge boost, as long-time MSU donor Joan Secchia pledged $10 million to the tennis programs.

“Today is a momentous occasion for the Spartan tennis programs,” men’s tennis coach Harry Jadun said. “She has been a leader for our program and the impact she has had on our student-athletes extends far beyond the tennis court. Joan’s gift reflects a strong belief in Michigan State University and our tennis program. We are so thankful for her support. Our goal is to compete for championships, and Joan’s gift will allow us to do just that.”
