JJ Watt had the perfect reaction to seeing his doppelgänger, a former DL at West Liberty

They say everyone has a doppelgänger out there somewhere, and JJ Watt happened to find his through Twitter.

They say everyone has a doppelgänger out there somewhere, but you usually don’t come across yours. Although when you’re in the public eye like Cardinals star pass rusher JJ Watt, there’s a better chance that people will notice similarities between you and an average Joe.

Watt is among those who has found his look-alike in Matt Betz, who just so happened to also be a defensive lineman during his time playing college football at West Liberty University from 2008-13.

And Watt’s reaction to seeing his doppelgänger was hilarious.

“can I copy your homework?”

“yeah, just change it up a little so it doesn’t look like you copied”

Looking at the resemblance between Watt and Betz, it’s hard not to think that wasn’t the perfect response as there’s just enough similarities and differences between the two.

Watt’s look-alike caught wind of his post and shared a reaction of his own:

Watt is the latest NFL figure who has been identified as having a look-alike out in the world, along with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, whose doppelgänger was mistaken for him at a Royals game last week.
