Jimmy Garoppolo left the 49ers’ game vs. the Seahawks during the fourth quarter.
He was shown on TV limping on the sideline and talking to the training staff. While he’s played the last four weeks, he’s still recovering from a high ankle sprain.
The ankle appeared to be bothering him on some throws, but he still managed to run it a handful of times.
With the team trailing 30-7, this could be similar to the Miami Dolphins game where the 49ers pulled Garoppolo at halftime with the score lopsided.
He was officially listed as ‘questionable’ to return.
