Jimmy Garoppolo was carted off early in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
Garoppolo played just one series and went down awkwardly on a sack that ended their field goal drive to open the game.
The 49ers QB limped to the sideline according to reporters on site and then went directly to the medical tent. A cart drove to the tent and took him to the locker room.
He’s officially listed as questionable to return with an ankle injury.
