Jimmy Fallon had Jalen Ramsey secretly slip a funny phrase into his press conference

Ramsey was part of the “drop it in” segment on “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Jalen Ramsey was in the spotlight last week in advance of his matchup with DK Metcalf. Fans couldn’t wait to watch the two talented players square off in the Rams-Seahawks showdown, with even Chad Johnson sharing his excitement for that one-on-one battle.

Ramsey tried to downplay it during his press conference, not giving away any secrets about the Rams’ plan for covering Metcalf. But what most people didn’t realize is that he was on a classified mission to slip in a funny phrase during his media session, at the request of Jimmy Fallon.

As part of Fallon’s “Drop it in” game, several NFL players were tasked with dropping a ridiculous line during their press conference with reporters. Ramsey joined the fun, with his phrase being “sometimes you gotta throw the sauce at your boss.”

Reporters were most likely left confused by Ramsey saying that bizarre phrase, but now they know where it came from.

Travis Kelce also took part and had to say “Take it easy, Rollercoaster Tycoon,” which is something no human has probably ever muttered in any situation.
