Jim Bob Cooter quietly spent this season working as an offensive consultant for the Eagles, but he’ll now depart Philadelphia to join Doug Pederson’s staff in Jacksonville.
Cooter got his start in the NFL in 2009 with the Colts, before joining the Chiefs as quality control coordinator.
Cooter was the quarterback coach for the Lions before being promoted to Detroit’s offensive coordinator from 2016-18, before moving onto the New York Jets for two seasons as their RB coach.
