The New York Jets and owner Woody Johnson wasted no time announcing new uniforms for the team for the 2024 season. Just minutes after the Kansas City Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl with a 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers, the Jets announced their Legacy jerseys that debuted last season will become their permanent jerseys going forward.
Legacy White is here to stay.
New green and black versions are on the way.

The Jets wore white Legacy jerseys, throwing back to the 1980s and the New York Sack Exchange, in two games last season against the Buffalo Bills (Week 1) and the Chiefs (Week 4). Along with those jerseys, the Jets will introduce green and black editions as well. The jerseys will be unveiled in April.
The offseason has officially begun in the NFL with the Super Bowl in the rearview mirror. One piece of business is already taken care of for the Jets with plenty more to come.
