Jets announce inactives for Week 3 vs. Patriots

No surprises among Jets’ inactives, Will McDonald is active after missing last week.

The Jets have announced their inactives for Week 3 against the New England Patriots. A few were already known due to injuries while others have been weekly inactives to this point.

Guard Wes Schweitzer (concussion) and safety Tony Adams (hamstring) were already ruled out over the weekend. Left tackle Duane Brown was placed on injured reserve with a hip injury.

Wide receiver Jason Brownlee, running back Izzy Abanikanda and linebacker Zaire Barnes continue to be weekly inactives while cornerback Bryce Hall is also out again now that Brandin Echols is back as the top reserve cornerback.

First-round pick Will McDonald is active again this week after being a healthy scratch in Week 2.
