The Jets could be without three offensive linemen, including starting LT George Fant, in Week 15 against the Dolphins.
Fant (knee) is doubtful for the match after not practicing this week. He’s started all 13 games this season and moved from the right side to the left after Mekhi Becton dislocated his kneecap in Week 1.
Starting RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (knee) and backup lineman Dan Feeney (back) are questionable. DT Sheldon Rankins (knee) is also questionable but practiced fully on Friday.
New York did get a few important players back. RB Tevin Coleman (concussion), CB Michael Carter II (concussion) and TE/FB Trevon Wesco (ankle) were not given injury designations before Week 15. Coleman and Carter II missed Week 14, while Wesco missed the past two games.
RB Michael Carter (ankle), DE Bryce Huff (back) and TE Tyler Kroft (chest) were all designated to return to practice on Dec. 15. Robert Saleh said Carter will have a “significant role” in his first game back after missing the past three on injured reserve.
The Dolphins have three questionable players for Week 15: TE Adam Shaheen (knee), S Clayton Fededelem (ankle) and OL Austin Jackson (illness). Miami could also be missing a few players who were placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list in S Jevon Holland, RB Phillip Lindsay and WR Jaylen Waddle. They recently activated RBs Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed off the list.
