Broncos rookie wide receiver Jerry Jeudy shared a video titled “A Week in My Life” on his YouTube page on Monday. The four-minute video starts with Jeudy flying to Denver and ends with him participating in a Black Lives Matter march with Broncos teammates and coaches.
At the 43-second mark of the video, Jeudy is shown in brief clips joining quarterback Drew Lock for a workout at a Denver-area park.
NFL teams were not able to have in-person organized team activities or minicamps this offseason because of COVID-19. To help players make up some of the work they missed, Lock organized unofficial practices. Jeudy participated in at least one of those practice sessions.
Lock might have to call off future practices after the NFLPA advised against players getting together for private workouts. The players’ association is concerned that practices might increase the spread of COVID-19 cases.
If Lock follows the NFLPA’s suggestion, he won’t be able to work with Jeudy again until Broncos players report for training camp in late July.
