Today, Mayo has officially declined the Browns’ request to interview him, signifying his deal with the Patriots is imminent.
This leaves Brian Flores, who is interviewing for the head coaching job with the Arizona Cardinals, Sean Desai, and Jim Schwartz as their candidates to replace Joe Woods. This is still a strong pool of candidates even if Mayo is now off the table.
