Jayden Daniels has already caught the attention of Tom Brady

Tom Brady continues to be impressed with Jayden Daniels.

Tom Brady is largely considered the greatest NFL player of all time. But Brady is once again a rookie. Brady is in his first year with Fox as a color commentator alongside Kevin Burkhardt as the network’s No. 1 broadcast team.

Every week, Brady does a segment for Fox where he names “three stars of the week” for the recently completed slate of games. This week, Brady chose another rookie, Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels, as one of his three stars of Week 4 — for the second consecutive week.

“Jayden Daniels, he’s on this for back-to-back weeks,” Brady said. “He led the Commanders to their third straight win. Last week, 91% completion percentage, this week, 87%. He’s not looking like a rookie at all. He’s in total control of the offense. He’s spreading the ball around to lots of his receivers, nine of them this last week. He runs the ball. He’s doing so many great things. And he’s got his team sitting atop the NFC East.”

Brady calls the top NFC game of every week for Fox. Washington probably wasn’t slotted into that position before the season, but if Daniels and the Commanders keep winning, the GOAT will see Daniels up close plenty.
