Jason Licht says the Bucs’ 2020 draft class has ‘that confidence that we look for’

Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht spoke about the team’s latest draft picks and what he sees in them.

The 2020 NFL draft is over and the Buccaneers came away with one of the class’ top-ranked tackles and safeties in both Iowa’s Tristan Wirfs (No. 13) and Minnesota’s Antoine Winfield Jr. (No. 45).

Here’s the full list of the team’s 2020 draft picks:

Round 1 (No. 13): OT Tristan Wirfs, Iowa

Round 2 (No. 45): S Antoine Winfield Jr., Minnesota

Round 3 (No. 76): RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn, Vanderbilt

Round 5 (No. 161): WR Tyler Johnson, Minnesota

Round 6 (No. 194): DT Khalil Davis, Nebraska 

Round 7 (No.241): OLB Chapelle Russell, Temple

Round 7 (No. 245): RB Raymond Calais, Louisiana
