The Brooklyn Nets may be down three players on Friday against the Sacramento Kings.
Jamal Crawford will certainly not be available for Brooklyn. The team already ruled him out on when they shared their status update on Thursday. He’s dealing with a left hamstring strain, which he aggravated against the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday.
Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen’s are now up in the air for Friday’s 5 p.m. tip-off, too. Harris is dealing with a left groin contusion and Allen has a left ankle sprain. Both are questionable.
While Allen missed the Nets’ win over the Bucks to rest up, Harris was held out with an injury, as was Caris LeVert. However, LeVert was the one who’d been diagnosed with a left thigh contusion in that game, not Harris. The team had said Harris had a right hamstring and lower back tightness.
The only reason the odd coincidence is relevant is the NBA announced it had fined the Nets $25,000 on Thursday for “failing to comply with league policies governing injury reporting.”
