On the same day that Jalen Ramsey donated $20,000 in grocery gift cards to the local community in L.A. ahead of the holiday season, Jared Goff also announced a give-back initiative of his own. Goff shared on Instagram that he’ll be donating $1,000 for every touchdown pass he throws the rest of the season, as well as $5,000 for every game the Rams win.
The money will go to the students of the Inglewood Unified School District as part of an ongoing commitment by Goff to help kids at the schools. This year alone, Goff bought backpacks for IUSD students and has been reading books to classes over Zoom during this unprecedented school year.

Additionally, Goff is distributing 20,000 masks to students and their families within the school district, which is an essential item for everyone as we fight this pandemic.

Back in September, Goff made his commitment to the IUSD, saying he wants to be “part of the solution of leveling the playing field for youth” in the Inglewood area.
“This isn’t a one-time thing,” said Goff in a statement. “As I’ve shared with Inglewood Unified’s leadership during our discussions, I want to be part of the solution of leveling the playing field for youth in our new home. I’m excited to continue to work with Inglewood Unified to determine the most pressing needs and the most effective ways for me to ensure a greater future for our students.”
Goff is undoubtedly the face of the franchise and a star in L.A., and it’s great to see him continuing to give back – especially during this time of need for so many.
