The Los Angeles Lakers have taken care of their business. They finished off the Portland Trail Blazers in five games, the shortest amount of games it took any other Western Conference team to finish off their season. And the extra time has given them the opportunity to relax, or talk to the media, as was the case for Lakers forward Jared Dudley.
Dudley was interviewed by Michael Pina of GQ and in it, Pina asked Dudley who he thinks the Lakers will face, as their opponent will be decided in tomorrow night’s Game 7. Dudley has a lot of respect for the Houston Rockets, despite their 4th quarter debacle last night.
Who do you think you’re playing in the second round?
Houston. I think Houston’s the better team.
Chris Paul almost single-handedly willed the Thunder to a win in Monday night’s Game 6. It will take at least that from Paul if the Thunder are going to advance past the Rockets in Wednesday night’s Game 7.
