New England Patriots running back James White is facing one of the most difficult situations a person can deal with.
His father passed away in a tragic car accident on Sept. 20 and his mother fortunately lived, but was in critical condition. Following the accident, White missed a couple games and focused on the most important things in his life. For a while after, there wasn’t much of an update on his mother and her progress through the process.
While speaking with reporters on Wednesday, White went a little further into depth on his mother’s current well-being. Fortunately, she’s progressing physically and has the support of her family.
James White: “My mom is doing better. She’s progressing physically. Obviously a lot going on in her mind, and things of that nature, but she is continuing to progress. I’m trying to be there for her…let her see her grandkids on FaceTime, get her mind off things a little bit.” pic.twitter.com/jphpYO99sj
