James Harden took his frustration out on a hand-sanitizer dispenser after Game 4 loss

That poor dispenser.

In an effort to keep everyone healthy at the NBA bubble on the Walt Disney World campus in Orlando, the league has placed hand-sanitizer dispensers all around the facilities in addition to strict protocols.

But it probably wasn’t the best idea to have a dispenser be the first thing a player sees in the tunnel after a frustrating playoff loss. That’s just asking for trouble.

The Houston Rockets lost Monday’s Game 4 of the NBA playoffs to the Thunder, 117-114, despite taking a playoff-record 58 attempts from three-point range. Harden scored 32 points on what was an off-shooting day (he was 6 of 15 from 3, 11 of 25 overall).

And, well, he took that cold-shooting day out on the hand sanitizer.

As he made his way to the locker room, Harden casually flicked the dispenser over and kept going on his way. He hardly even took a look at the dispenser. But it was there and needed to be flipped over apparently.

Still, in terms of postgame shows of frustration, this was pretty tame from Harden. It could have been worse, after all.
