Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James made history on Tuesday night, breaking a record no one thought would ever be broken: the all-time scoring mark.
James recorded 36 points by the end of the third quarter in Los Angeles’ matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder, giving him 38,3888 points for his career. That broke the record held by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
After James broke the record, athletes went to Twitter to give James his flowers. Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden, who has had plenty of battles with The King in his career, paid his respects to James after setting the record.
One of One! Congrats bro @KingJames

Harden is on the way to the Hall of Fame himself. This is greatness respecting greatness and whether one hates him or loves him, James deserves respect for what he has accomplished in this game.
