Lili Gu, a Seattle-based filmmaker and video producer, shared a heartwarming story about her 94-year-old grandmother who spent a year in isolation studying the NBA and filling a notepad with her favorite players on each of the 30 teams in the association. When it was time to put in her favorite players on the Brooklyn Nets, she jotted down James Harden and Kevin Durant.
The tweet that Gu posted about it on went viral on twitter and eventually Nets star James Harden took notice. He retweeted the post with his response saying “grandma got good taste!”
