Penn State fans travel well, you know this as a reader, and coach [autotag]James Franklin[/autotag] wants to take full advantage of that in the Rose Bowl against Utah on January 2, 2023.
Everyone also knows the best way for Penn State to get an advantage with its fans is to have them excited. What better way to do that than to turn the Rose Bowl into a whiteout? That atmosphere always gets the players excited and creates an environment unlike any other in college football.
James Franklin took to social media to let fans that as they get ready to pack what color they should be having ready for the Rose Bowl. He even was nice enough to include a visual reminder of what it could look like in the famous stadium in Pasadena, California.

This Rose Bowl is going to mark the end of an important chapter at Penn State as the leader of a great senior class [autotag]Sean Clifford[/autotag] is walking off in the biggest game of their careers.
Clifford enters the game with a starting record of 34-16 which has him pegged as the program’s winningest passer in history. He holds several other records from his extended time on campus but a win in the Rose Bowl would be the final notch in a very impressive belt for Clifford.
Not to be lost in all this is this Penn State team entered the season unranked and with a win against Utah has a strong chance o finish in the top ten. Their two losses on the year come to teams who are in the College Football Playoff in Ohio State and Michigan.
Those aren’t bad losses for Penn State but rather those are impressive wins for those two.
