Jamal Crawford ruled out for Game 4 with Nets trailing Raptors 3-0

There’s a chance Nets fans won’t see Jamal Crawford dawn a Brooklyn uniform again.

Nets interim head coach Jacque Vaughn ruled Joe Harris out for Game 4 before Brooklyn even played Game 3 of their first-round series against the Raptors, so it’s no surprise the team announced on Saturday that its sharpshooter has been ruled out for Sunday’s game with Toronto.

Vaughn also expressed early in the series that Jamal Crawford would be unavailable for the first few games of the series. The veteran guard did not log one second of action throughout Brooklyn’s first three playoff games — each of which the Raptors have won — and it turns out he’s not going to play Game 4 either.

The Nets announced Crawford is out once again due to the left hamstring strain he suffered against the Milwaukee Bucks on August 4.

The Raptors continue to be without Patrick McCaw (benign mass in knee) and former Net Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (knee) was unavailable last game against his old team on Friday.
