Jaguars reveal uniform combination for Week 17 vs. Panthers

The Jaguars are sticking to their most classic uniform combo for a New Year’s Eve matchup against the Panthers.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will wrap up 2023 in a classic look.

In a New Year’s Eve game against the Carolina Panthers, the Jaguars will be in teal jerseys with white pants, the team announced Wednesday.

It’s only the second time this season the Jaguars have decided to pair their teal jerseys with white pants. The only other game in the look was a Week 6 home win against the Indianapolis Colts, although the Jaguars wore black socks in that matchup. The other three times Jacksonville was in teal jerseys, it had teal pants to match.

The Panthers announced their full jersey schedule back in August. Carolina will be in white jerseys when they visit EverBank Stadium on Sunday.

While the pair of sister franchises entered the NFL at the same time in 1995, the Week 17 meeting will be only the eighth time the two teams have ever played each other. While the Jaguars won three of the first four matchups, the Panthers have won three straight and lead the series 4-3.
