Jaguars outlast Saints with late defensive stand

The Jaguars have won four in a row to improve to 5-2

The Jacksonville Jaguars have four straight wins after downing the New Orleans Saints, 31-24, on Thursday Night Football.

The Saints rallied from 15-point deficit to tie the game at 24.

Trevor Lawrence found Christian Kirk with a pass that turned into a 44-yard touchdown. The play proved to be the difference.

New Orlearns marched toward what it hoped would be a game-tying touchdown.

However, the Jaguars’ defense stiffened and at 5-2 it is Jacksonville’s best start in 16 seasons.
