The Jacksonville Jaguars are likely to be without running back Leonard Fournette and cornerback A.J. Bouye for the regular-season finale Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts at TIAA Bank Field.
Fournette, who is dealing with the flu, announced on Twitter that he wouldn’t be able to play in the game. The Jaguars also downgraded Bouye from doubtful to out due to a wrist injury.
Jaguars’ RB Leonard Fournette (illness) has been downgraded to doubtful and CB A.J. Bouye (wrist) is now out for Sunday’s game vs. Colts.

Not that any of this truly matters for the game. Both teams are eliminated from the playoffs and are looking toward their draft spot in the 2020 NFL draft.
But Fournette’s absence should make it a much easier game for the Colts defense to finish the 2019 season on a strong note. With Bouye also out, the Colts offense should find it easier to throw the ball over the middle of the field.
The Colts and Jaguars are slated for a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff at TIAA Bank Field.
