Jags WR DJ Chark heading to first Pro Bowl

The Jags will officially send a player from their offense to the Pro Bowl in WR DJ Chark.

DJ Chark Jr. was the most improved player on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ roster in the eyes of most fans and the phenomenal season he had has finally paid off as the team announced that he will be going to the Pro Bowl this month.

Chark, 23, accumulated 73 catches for 1,008 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, good for a team high in each category. He also became the first Jaguars receiver to register 1,000 yards receiving since Allen Robinson (2015) and the youngest to achieve the feat (also alongside Robinson).

The Jags drafted Chark in the second round of the 2018 draft with the No. 61 overall selection. He’ll join Robinson, Jimmy Smith, and his receivers coach Keenan McCardell as the only four Jags receivers to make the Pro Bowl in franchise history.
