Jadeveon Clowney explains why he signed with #Ravens; What part Lamar Jackson played

The Ravens are adding depth at edge rusher, signing Jadeveon Clowney to a one-year deal.

Clowney, 30, spent the last two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, logging 38 solo tackles and five pass breakups over 26 games.

Upon signing his new deal, the former No. 1 overall pick said the “chance to play for a winner” and “not having to face Lamar Jackson” were primary reasons for coming to Baltimore.

With Baltimore leaning on Odafe Oweh and David Ojabo, Clowney can focus on being a situational pass rusher, while SAM linebacker Tyus Bowser figures to be in the mix.
